This series is entitled: Beyond The Raven: Writing Narrative Poems of Bronx People, Places and Purpose.
Set in the shadow of The Edgar Allan Poe Cottage, this generative writing workshop series led by Peggy Robles- Alvarado explores narrative poems of contemporary poets that highlight distinctive people, obscure places and pulls at purpose as an impetus for storytelling.
This series is a part of the Bronx Memoir Project, attendants must attend 3/4 classes to be considered for publication.
