Known for her magnetic presence and unfiltered authenticity, she captivates audiences with her rhythmic energy and &#8220;raw truth style,&#8221; delving into themes of identity, sensuality, and spirituality.<\/p><p>Her talents have garnered prestigious recognition, including the Jerome Hill Foundation Fellowship in Literature, multiple Pushcart Prize nominations and she is the recipient of a BRIO award. Peggy&#8217;s literary prowess has been further honored with fellowships from esteemed institutions such as CantoMundo, Desert Nights Rising Stars, The Frost Place, VONA, Academy for Teachers, and The Ashbery Home School. As a three-time recipient of the International Latino Book Award, Peggy&#8217;s impactful works include &#8220;Conversations With My Skin&#8221; (2011), &#8220;Homage To The Warrior Women&#8221; (2012), and anthologies The Abuela Stories Project (2016) and Mujeres, The Magic, The Movement, and The Muse (2017).<\/p><p>Beyond her many literary achievements, she is the visionary founder of Robleswrites Productions Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to cultivating opportunities for writers of color from the Bronx and beyond. Through numerous literary events and initiatives, Peggy fosters intergenerational communal healing and promotes literacy, leaving an enduring legacy of empowerment and artistic
